Dilfer Design, previously Design 360º, is an interactive consultancy, expert in UX/UI Design. Dedicated to smart work, clear communication, simplifying the complex, collaboration, smooth hand-offs and “designs that ship.” Have retained many clients for 15+ years.

Worked on-site and collaborated cross-functionally. Executed all phases of user-centered UX/UI process for Columbia’s family of brands—4 domestic and 20 international digital experiences in 7 languages—to meet business goals and brand strategies.

• Research and Content Site Strategy. Conceptualized and produced site layouts, process flows, and functionality for websites and mobile devices using brainstorming, collaboration, sketches, and research findings (e.g. benchmarks, trends, best practices, competition, user test data).

• Design. Created sketches, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to clearly communicate site layout, user flows and functionality, and to optimize development using OmniGraffle, Photoshop, Illustrator, X/HTML, and CSS. Iterative approach. UX/UI Design: practiced lean UX, designed easy-to-use interfaces for desktop, mobile, tablet, and kiosks; used Photoshop and Illustrator. Worked with development to streamline hand-offs.

• Standardization. Co-created and used templates, grids, guides, and other development protocols and standards using Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Keynote, and Excel.

• Collaboration. Engaged early and often, and across organizational disciplines ( creative team, development, marketing, merchandizing, customer service, international ); met in person, and used JIRA and Scrum-based Agile Project Management.

• User Testing. Led user testing ( A/B, remote, online, benchmark, competitive, and surveys ). Used OmniGraffle for planning; Text Edit and JIRA for writing user stories and use-case scenarios; UserTesting for conducting tests; Survey Monkey for surveys; Foresee and Adobe Analytics for data analysis; and PowerPoint, Keynote, OmniGraffle, and Photoshop to present findings and recommendations.

Managed business and clients, and acted as lead designer and project manager.
